If there’s one thing we know at Silva Events Hawaii, it’s that creating unforgettable moments takes a blend of deep passion, world-class expertise, and true heart. That’s why we are beyond thrilled to announce the newest powerhouse to join our team: Summer Raehm!
Summer is an absolute force in the hospitality world, bringing over two decades of high-level experience—and a whole lot of magic—to our island events. From the bustling food scenes of New York and Los Angeles to the iconic shores of Oahu, her journey is as rich and flavor-packed as the experiences she crafts.
A Journey Built on Flavor & Flair
A born-and-raised Georgia peach, Summer started her culinary path at just 16 years old, working alongside a renowned baker and caterer in her hometown. That early taste of event production sparked a lifelong passion.
After heading to New York City to earn her college degree, she quickly jumped into the deep end of luxury hospitality, helping open several high-profile restaurants for legendary courtier and hotelier André Balazs. From there, Summer stepped into a principal role at a private concierge firm before launching her very own company, curating elite, once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences across NYC. Living and breathing the city’s world-class culinary landscape expanded her palate and ignited a deep appreciation for global flavors.
Heading further west, Summer took her talents to California, catering high-end events for Hollywood’s elite and mixing drinks on the iconic Sunset Strip.
Bringing Southern Hospitality & Aloha Together
Since landing here on Oahu, Summer has thrown her heart right into the local scene—from managing vibrant lu’aus to executing dream weddings in the lush surroundings of Waimea Valley.
What makes Summer truly special isn't just her incredible résumé—it’s her soul. She seamlessly blends authentic Southern hospitality with the warmth of the Aloha spirit, making everyone around her feel instantly cared for, welcomed, and celebrated.
